I wrote down what are the services for, so if you use Google Drive or Google Play for example, you can choose what to keep. After disableing all of the above, I got 131 MB free ram. It can happen that after boot an error message comes app saying that Google Play Services stopped working. Just click ok, it will restart immediately. If somethings not working for you, just re-enable the services and restart the phone
